Villa Lavin

Antalya, in Türkiye’s Mediterranean region, is of great importance to tourism both nationally and internationally and is one of the world’s most visited tourist cities. The project site is in KADRİYE, a neighbourhood in Antalya’s Serik district. Tourism is the area’s main source of income. The Land of Legends Theme Park, one of the world’s largest theme parks, is located in Kadriye. The project site is 33 km from the city centre and 20 km from Antalya Airport, close to an area with significant tourism potential. Natural habitats and social activities are abundant in the area, complemented by golf courses and clubs. The area also includes business centres, offices, bazaars, educational buildings such as high schools and universities; shopping facilities such as malls and markets; cultural facilities such as cinemas, theatres, museums and libraries; leisure venues such as restaurants, eateries and entertainment halls; and commercial functions such as administrative buildings, banks and financial institutions. VILLA LAVİN comprises 7 plots. The tourist coastline, with its five-star hotels and villas, adjoins the project site, which also has direct access to the Mediterranean.
