We work on apartment and residential development renewal on Istanbul’s European side. From Beylikdüzü, we assess inquiries in Avcılar, Küçükçekmece, Bağcılar, Güngören and nearby areas around the site, existing building and project needs.

Are the new unit count and areas fixed at the start?
No. We do not promise unit counts or areas before reviewing site, planning and existing project data. Design options and assumptions are discussed after review.
